On How This Blog Is Borned
this blog is first created to serve as the continuation of my online journal because;
first i am sick of a certain website (which has its own blog function) due to its uncontrollable manifestation of pervs there who seeks nothing but a sex chat with me. and secondly, because i am an attention seeking bitch who loves nothing but the lime light a.k.a comments (which is known as ‘pinkings’ in this blog of mine) because my old blog only allow those pervs to comment.
so on one night of january 2007 with nothing else to do, i decided to move to blogspot and since then i stay here!
On Why I Decided To Go For Pinksterzisme Instead Of Pinksterz
easy. because pinksterz dot blogspot was taken by a bugger who didn't know how to use blogspot back then.
and FYI, pinksterzisme stands for Pinksterz Is Me.
On The Blog Itself
this blog is not a photoblog, v-log, camwhore blog, religious or political. and it is far from being intelectual (HAHA!) or educational. it's just a personal blog with incohorent ramblings, emotional outbursts and mostly complaints. occasionally, i also write on events, experience and travelling.
my posts mostly are consist of words. sometimes i include pictures too if i feel like doing so.
On The Tagline
the official tagline is "where everything is not necessarily pinkish" which refers to how i see on life. pink, in my opinion, is what i see in happiness. and since my life is never statics at one point and has its up and down, so i take it my life is not necessarily 'pinkish' all the time.
if i were to put 'where everything is unnecessarily pinkish', it will just give you the impression that this blog is a big fat liar since well, everything is pink. d'oh.
but sometimes, when the mood kicks in - like right now - i decide to do the unthinkable and change it to something else like "Got Pink? - don't answer, it's rhetorical"
On The Categories For The Posts
formerly known as the pink files and currently they are put under "networks" (to suit the facebook template), this is something i am really bad with my blog. sometimes i don't know which categories to put the post into. but i hope this will help you a bit.
- a must read - all of my favorite posts. highly recommended. mostly consist the posts that are either funny/ important/ meaningful to me.
- announcements - the post where i inform people about events/ incidents in life. most are short posts.
- audrey and thumper - a category dedicated for my first pair of hamsters. they are already dead by the way.
- being random - incohorent, on the spot ramblings, mashed up, rojaked posts, stuff that doesn't really fits into any categories.
- dedication - a post dedicated to someone. so far there are only two of them.
- england makes easy - a category for your engrish amusements need.
- events - incidents, celebration, birthday. those kind of things.
- gedik infested - category dedicated for my first official relationship. circa mid 2008 - late 2009.
- inner thought - all those emo untold stuff that is going through in my head. one advice, never try to interpret what i am actually trying to say in it because usually it has double (and sometimes triple) meaning and it is highly possible you will get it wrong.
- life encounters - real life experience. i tell them like they were.
- lists - anything that is compiled up! obviously.
- living in egypt - posting on my life as a medical students in cairo and everything egypt related.
- looking back - about the old, past experiences and memories way before i begin this blog. or maybe those i actually don't get the chance to jot them down until recently (read: months or years later).
- melayunized - going back to my roots. consists of the posts that are written in malay language. most of them consists of stupid rempit grammar so don't take it too seriously. and don't judge me based on them! i was the best bahasa melayu student for spm!
- msn misadventures - funny chats encounter with fellow blogging friends/ friends. used to be copy pasted until i discovered the printscreen button.
- musings - when i feel like talking to myself. and jotting some of my thoughts down. this is another un-organised categories of mine!
- my 20 cents - my personal thoughts on certain issues/ reviews.
- my diagnosis - when i play The Doctor for some stupid non-existance disease. or when i decide to over analyse a situation and end up with exaggerated results.
- pinkpictures - post with pictures!
- project 365 - just like what it says. a project which i did for february 2009 only. i took a picture everyday and posted them online.
- ramblings - when i am feeling chatty. and makes stupid posts with a lot of 'wtf's in it to emphasize the stupidity.
- rants - ANGER. ANGER. ANGER.
- restricted - partially personal posts on another restricted. written for closed friends viewing pleasure only. or sometimes for my own viewing pleasure only.
- silly stunt - stupid and silly things i do for the sake blogging and entertaining people. one of my favourite categories!
- stupid security series - written during 2007 -2008 where i ran into countless encouter with the securities.
- tags - memes. questionaires. tags. whatever you call them.
- the 'she' series - one liner posts telling a chapter of a story about female personas that i know personally or i bump into.
- the pasum stories - post regarding my one month life doing pre-uni course in pasum.
- travelling - my experiences on discovering places, vacations and roadtrips. most of them are about egypt.
- varsity life - anything related to my college life in the faculty of medicine.
since i am not that good in photoshop and doesn't possess any amazing zomg skillz in graphic designing, i rely 100% on sourcing for good and free templates online. but being a picky person, i find it hard to get something that can fully satisfy me (this apply to the men too). so using my little knowledge in HTML and coding, i edit the layout accordingly to suit my taste and create a banner myself using photoshop.
but of course i am still a noob.
On Advertising And Making Money
but i am still not doing any advert post.
On Memes And Tagging
i have no problem with people tagging me to do meme/tag but don’t expect me to do them just because you tag me. if i find the meme is interesting and/or productive and/or i am too free (am a medical student, what do you expect?) and/or i am having a writer’s block i will do yours without hesistation.
On Link Exchange
i don't exchange link. and no, i don't think i am that superior i get to choose who i want to link and who i don't want to link to. but if you still want to link me i thank you for that honor.
